The role...

We’re looking for enthusiastic Reservations Sales Agents to join the West Beach Parks team and help our guests plan memorable stays at our Holiday Park and The Retreat.

Reporting to the Reservations Supervisor, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our guests – answering questions, recommending the right accommodation and helping turn holiday plans into bookings.

This is more than taking reservations. You’ll use your customer service and sales skills to create a great first impression while helping us maximise bookings and revenue across West Beach Parks.

You will play a leading role in generating revenue and ensuring superior customer service is delivered to West Beach Parks guests through:

- Helping guests with accommodation enquiries and bookings by phone and email
- Getting to know our accommodation, facilities, rates, packages and promotions so you can confidently recommend the best option for each guest
- Identifying opportunities to convert enquiries, upsell and maximise revenue
- Managing bookings across multiple channels
- Delivering friendly, knowledgeable and efficient service from the very first interaction
- Helping guests get excited about their upcoming stay at West Beach Parks

You are...





A positive and enthusiastic team member with a drive to succeed, experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets and the ability to effectively up sell and close a sale at every opportunity.

You have experience in customer service roles in the accommodation, tourism or hospitality industries and display West Beach Parks values in all you do. You can also:

- Communicate to colleagues and guests of all backgrounds,
- Quickly develop an understanding of various accommodation types and features,
- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality,
- Show strong attention to detail and accuracy, and
- Adapt quickly and positively to changes in pace.
