About the role

The Weigh Auto Group is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team in Rockhampton Queensland. As a Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their automotive needs. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment within the Automotive Trades industry.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Actively engage with customers, understand their vehicle service requirements and provide recommendations

- Effectively communicate with the service team to coordinate repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, work orders and vehicle histories

- Provide updates to customers on the status of their vehicle and any additional work required

- Assist with booking and scheduling service appointments to maximise workshop efficiency

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build rapport and effectively interact with customers

- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

- Proficient in using automotive service software and systems to manage repair orders and customer records

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations

- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
