THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, the Payroll Officer will join a tenured team of Payroll Professionals who manage a fast-paced and high volume Payroll of circa 1000 employees including assisting with:

- Preparation of fortnightly Payrolls ensuring all Payroll processing deadlines are met
- Management of a busy Payroll inbox
- The efficient processing of manual timesheets and higher duties requests from a range of diverse business units
- Preparation of workers compensation PIAWE, superannuation reconciliation and payments
- Maintaining leave, sickness and overtime reports
- Reconciliations and other ad-hoc reporting as required

IDEAL APPLICANTS
You will present with at least 3-4 years of Payroll experience with some of that experience gained in a high volume, team-based work environment. Applicants with previous standalone experience are also encouraged to apply so long as you are prepared to role your sleeves up and assist a large team with an array of ad hoc tasks.
