About the role

This is a varied, hands-on role covering a broad range of general maintenance, trade works, and pre- and post-handover repairs to new builds, across residential and commercial sites. You will work closely with our internal team, contractors, and suppliers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and assisting with expanding our customer base.

Key responsibilities

- General property maintenance and handyman works

- Pre- and post-handover maintenance and repairs on recent residential builds

- Gyprock and plaster repairs

- Painting and patching

- Light globe replacement and understanding of electrical works

- Basic plumbing repairs and general fixtures

- Floor and wall tiling maintenance

- Minor building repairs

- Landscaping, paving, mowing, and general weeding

- Gutter and solar cleaning and minor roof repairs

About you

- Previous experience in property maintenance or a trade background

- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills





- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Very good communication and customer service skills

- Hands-on, practical approach and willingness to learn

- Ability to drive a manual vehicle

- White Card

- Valid working rights in Australia

- Drivers License
