We are working with a fantastic client based in Osborne Park who is looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join their friendly and supportive finance team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a diverse accounts role and is confident across transactional finance. You'll be joining an established team and supporting the day-to-day finance function in a busy environment.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Processing supplier invoices and ensuring accurate coding and approvals
- Assisting with payment runs and supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising invoices and processing customer payments
- Allocating and receipting incoming payments
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Responding to supplier and customer queries
- Investigating and resolving account discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with month-end processes
- Providing general support across the wider finance team

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar transactional finance role
- Experience across Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Strong reconciliation skills




- Good Excel and systems skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
- Availability to start at short notice
