We're partnering with a growing Registered Training Organisation seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver high-quality training within Individual Support and Health programs across Central Queensland.

The Role
As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging training and assessment across Individual Support and Health qualifications while supporting students throughout their learning journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering classroom and workplace-based training
- Conducting assessments and providing timely feedback
- Supporting student engagement, retention and course completions
- Maintaining compliant training and assessment records
- Building robust relationships with learners and industry stakeholders
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across training programs
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong industry experience with a genuine passion for education.
You'll bring:
- TAE40122, TAE40116, or equivalent Training & Assessment qualification
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Health, or a related discipline (or nursing qualification)
- Minimum 5 years' recent industry experience within aged care, disability support, health, or community services
- Previous training and assessment experience within an RTO environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational and administrative abilities
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to obtain or hold relevant compliance clearances
