We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused OH&S; Testing Service Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role combines strong administrative and coordination skills while ensuring smooth operations within our audiometric testing, respirator fit testing and ear plug testing services. This role will be Monday-Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm and combine office and onsite delivery.

The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day bookings, conduct ear plug, audiometric testing, respirator mask fit testing, and provide service to both clients and internal teams as well as coordinating our internal support staff for service delivery.

This role requires excellent attention to detail, solid communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the delivery of Quantitative Respirator Fit Testing and Audiometric Testing is preferred but not essential as training is provided.

Core duties will include:

Clinical Duties

- Conduct comprehensive ear plug and audiometric testing following established protocols and standards.





- Perform respirator mask fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.

Coordination & Administration

- Manage and oversee bookings, scheduling appointments efficiently for both individual and corporate clients.

- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to optimise workflow and service delivery.

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on testing outcomes and client needs.

- Support reporting, data entry, and record-keeping requirements as needed.

Sales & Customer Service

- Serve as a key contact point for client inquiries, providing friendly, professional service.

- Support business development by identifying opportunities for additional services or products.

- Prepare quotes, process orders, and assist with sales documentation.

- Contribute to marketing and outreach activities to promote audiology and health testing services
