OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join a collaborative and growing architectural studio. This is a great prospect for an experienced architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects and leading them from early design through to completion. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing high-end multi-level residential and mixed-use projects end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading projects from initial planning and design through to delivery and contract administration.

- Managing and coordinating project teams, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Working closely with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates
- Managing project programmes, budgets, scope and key deliverables
- Overseeing design development, documentation and project delivery
- Preparing and reviewing briefs, presentations, drawings, specifications, reports and project documentation
- Monitoring project progress and proactively managing risks and issues
- Supporting and mentoring team members and contributing to a positive studio culture

CRITERIA:

- Proven WA experience delivering complex projects in a construction, property,



or an architectural firm environment
- 5-8 years experience post-graduation
- Strong Revit skills are a plus but not essential
- Ideally, you have exposure to apartments, multi-residential, high rise, hotels, student accommodation or mixed use projects
- Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets and documentation
- Experience coordinating and leading project teams
