We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Kitchen Designer with a proven track record in end‑to‑end project management and lead conversion to join our successful team. This is a full‑time, salary‑based role supported by a rewarding commission scheme, along with a company vehicle, mobile phone, and all necessary selling tools.

The successful applicant will need the following attributes:

- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in converting enquiries into successful projects.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple jobs, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with clients, trades, and internal teams.





- A proven history in kitchen design and sales, with recent experience using kitchen design software such as Cabmaster or similar (advantageous).

- A background in cabinet making or joinery is beneficial. We are prepared to train a suitable tradesperson who may be looking to transition into sales and design.

- The ability to work in a harmonious team setting, as well as being able to self‑motivate and work autonomously.
