THE ROLE

This is a Senior People Partner role supporting a significant portfolio within a complex operating environment. You will partner closely with experienced, senior leaders and focus on leadership capability uplift, strategic workforce planning and supporting major organisational change. The role balances true strategic partnering with hands-on support when required and requires a strong in office presence to build credibility and trust.

THE CRITERIA





You will have experience operating in a large, complex organisation within a mature HR or COE model and bring strong HR business partnering capability. You are comfortable working with senior, highly professional stakeholders and can influence through credibility rather than authority. Experience supporting workforce planning, leadership development and organisational change is essential. You will bring a practical, commercially minded approach, robust relationship skills and the flexibility to travel between sites.
