We're looking for a Client Partner to join our Melbourne team, playing a key role in driving commercial outcomes and growing client partnerships across our expanding total audio offering. This is a great opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy winning new business and being part of a quick-moving, ambitious team.
Job description:
About the role:
- Manage a portfolio of advertising agencies and clients to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute agency account plans that increase retention and share of spend.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales budgets through disciplined pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and visibility of performance, risks and opportunities.
- Build strong strategic relationships with agency partners and national advertisers.
- Develop high-quality client responses and solutions aligned with briefs and ARN objectives.
- Collaborate with sales, integration, revenue and operational teams to progress opportunities.
- Maintain proactive client engagement, exceptional service and consistent follow-through.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in media, advertising agency or sales environments, with a proven ability to deliver revenue outcomes.
- Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrated sales capability,
including pipeline management, forecasting and opportunity conversion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, time management and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of media and advertising markets, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
