We have an exciting opportunity at our Kalgoorlie branch for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries via phone and email.

- Prepare and send quotations, ensuring customers receive prompt and accurate responses.

- Assist with maintaining our database, generate invoices, and coordinate timely dispatch.

- Assist with stock control and management of office consumables.

- Coordinate the receipt, handling and shipment of products, ensuring accurate documentation.

- Provide general administrative support, including photocopying, scanning and filing.





Are You the Perfect Fit?

- Friendly and Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

- A holder of a valid Australian or international driver’s licence.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Experience with Business Central is advantageous, but training will be provided.

- Highly organised, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.

- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.

- A positive team player who enjoys working collaboratively.

- Available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
