Our facility in Bringelly plays a critical role in diverting waste from landfill and recovering landscape and construction materials for beneficial re-use. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced and licensed Heavy Plant & Equipment Operator to join our dynamic team.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Heavy Plant & Equipment Operator with experience in operating large-scale machinery. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and have a robust work ethic. This is a full-time role, offering stable employment and the potential for long-term growth within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy machinery including:

- 25T–35T Loaders

- 20T–38T Excavators

- Perform pre-start checks and general maintenance of equipment

- Ensure safe and efficient operation of machinery in accordance with company procedures and WHS standards





- Assist with yard duties and material handling as required

- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and team members to meet operational goals

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the worksite

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating heavy plant equipment (loaders and excavators).

- Understanding of safe work practices and WHS regulations

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments

- Reliable transport to Bringelly yard

Working Hours:

- Full-Time: 10–12 hour days, Monday to Friday

- Flexibility to work weekends as required
