Rydges Melbourne, part of EVT Limited, is seeking a Chef de Partie to own a kitchen section in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment, delivering consistently high-quality dishes across our restaurant, bar and events. We offer casual and full time CDP roles. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years CDP experience in hospitality, experience across pans, grill and larder, and a hands‐on, non-hierarchical approach with robust attention to detail and teamwork.
