Job Description
Lyka's Dandenong South facility is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Manager to own day shift operations on high-speed production lines. You will lead frontline teams, uphold safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and embed Lyka's SHEQ standards into daily practice.

You'll drive LEAN improvements, run root-cause analyses, and coach operators for performance and protected, effective shifts. A background in automated FMCG environments plus HACCP/GMP experience is essential.
