BankSA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to engage customers in-branch and by phone, uncovering financial needs and tailoring solutions. You will refer clients to Home Loans and Business Banking teams while coaching on digital banking, blending sales with service.
This full time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday, 8:15 am–4:45 pm. You will work to meet KPIs, foster robust customer relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced branch workplace where resilience and adaptability are valued.
