• Appreciation of IP networking technology • Appreciation of IT security • Appreciation of Monitoring and Observability tools (Splunk, Zabbix).
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, BMC Remedy).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to monitor systems and identify operational issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills to support end users.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Basic understanding of ITIL principles and service management practices.




• Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or a related field Personal Skills: • Strong self-starter, not requiring micro-management • Robust inter-personal skills • Resilient and adaptable in working with different personalities • Good self management skills, able to prioritize tasks and not hesitating in reaching out for g uidance when blocked • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and escalate issues appropriately.

• Willingness to work flexible schedule and be on call.
