Chosen Family is seeking a dedicated Male Disability Support Worker to support a 15-year-old with ASD, ADHD, and intellectual disability in Merrylands West, NSW. The role focuses on calm, trauma-informed approaches, safety in community access, and day-to-day independence.

Location: Merrylands West, NSW. Schedule includes Monday and Tuesday afternoon sessions; note that times are non-versatile and supports are recurring weekly.
