Job Description
EVT Limited is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator for Rydges South Bank in Brisbane. You will coordinate conferences, dinners, weddings, and private dining bookings, managing bookings from enquiry to cancellation while ensuring client expectations are exceeded.

You will work in office, liaising with back-of-house teams, delivering seamless events, and supporting post-event follow-up to win repeat business. A client-focused, proactive approach and solid communication are essential.
