Job Description
Epic IT in Perth is seeking a Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our internal AI platform tooling and client-facing management portals. This is a hands-on role focused on troubleshooting, configuration, and keeping critical systems running smoothly for internal and external users.

You will handle request intake, specify requirements, review MCP connector, gateway, and platform components, and propose changes with detailed specifications for review by the AI platform lead.
