Barwon Health in Geelong is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for Acute Intervention Services. You will support the Program Manager with strategic and operational leadership across AIS, guiding expert teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care.

Working in a recovery-oriented framework, you will mentor AIS leadership, contribute to governance, and oversee quality improvement, bed coordination activities and KPI delivery.
