Reportingintotheseniorleadershipteam,youwilltakeownershipoftheendtoenddeliveryofasignificantresidentialgreenfielddevelopment,including:

Managingcommercialoutcomes,budgetsandprojectfeasibility

Overseeingconsultants,contractorsanddeliverypartners

Buildingandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithlocalcouncil,governmentauthoritiesandcommunitystakeholders
