EVT Limited's Gowings team seeks a Casual Sommelier to bring the venue's wine philosophy to life and elevate the guest experience. You will work closely with the Head Sommelier and Venue Manager, supporting daily operations and staffing while upholding professionalism and consistency.

You will contribute to a guest-centric service in a busy hotel workplace, leveraging solid wine knowledge, beverage versatility, and a cooperative mindset to delight guests across outlets.
