TGE Freight are looking for an experienced Performance & Reward Specialist to own and drive our remuneration, job evaluation and reward frameworks across our diverse workforce.

This is a key SME role with the opportunity to shape our reward strategy, ensuring our pay structures are competitive, equitable, commercially sustainable and aligned to business performance.

What you'll do

- Own our job evaluation, grading and remuneration frameworks.

- Lead remuneration benchmarking, annual salary reviews and reward governance.

- Provide expert advice on pay equity, incentives and performance reward.

- Partner with ER/IR to align reward structures with our operational workforce and enterprise agreements.

- Provide trusted reward insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.

- Build reward capability across our broader HR team.

What you'll bring

- Strong experience across remuneration, reward and job evaluation.

- Experience with Mercer IPE and/or Korn Ferry Hay methodologies.

- Strong analytical, commercial and stakeholder skills.

- An understanding of reward within a blue-collar and industrial environment.

- The confidence to operate as a trusted Reward SME and influence senior decision-makers.
