Key Responsibilities

- Lead front-end design phases from feasibility through to town planning submission
- Manage project programs, resources, and timelines across multiple concurrent projects
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with the Design Director to deliver high-quality design outcomes
- Oversee and mentor a small internal design team to ensure project excellence

Skills & Experience

- Experience in multi-residential projects within architecture
- Strong capability in feasibility studies and driving concept design outcomes




- Confidence working with planning frameworks and exposure to VCAT processes
- Proficiency in Revit with solid documentation and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
