Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the design process of major hospitality & F&B; projects, ensuring delivery exceeds client expectations and aligns with the studio’s standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through confident communication, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, ensuring clients feel supported and well-informed at all stages.
- Supervise and coordinate all technical design work using AutoCAD, maintaining a high level of precision and professionalism in documentation.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation, collaborating closely with team members to meet urgent deadlines and high standards.
- Contribute to studio-wide design initiatives, bringing a keen design eye and innovative approach to client concepts.




- Mentor junior team members, supporting their development and fostering a culture of creative excellence and client service.

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience managing high-profile hospitality or F&B; projects, demonstrating strong leadership in design and client relations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering confident, service-oriented client interactions.
- Ideally some proficiency in AutoCAD, with a solid technical grounding and attention to detail.
- Strong design sensibility, with an eye for detail, innovation, and brand identity within hospitality environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently, particularly in fast-paced, deadline-driven contexts.
- Experience working with clients in hospitality sectors such as pubs, restaurants, cafes, or gaming is highly desirable.
