Makkim Pty Ltd (trading as Australian Environmental Cleaning Service) is an established commercial cleaning business with a large team of cleaning professionals delivering services to commercial, retail, government, public, sporting, manufacturing, education and health facilities across Victoria.

We are seeking an experienced and organised Customer Service Manager who can lead a team, communicate effectively with clients and operational staff, and take responsibility for service quality. The ideal candidate will be professional, solutions-focused and committed to continuous improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and review customer service policies, procedures and service standards
- Manage and improve the efficiency of customer service operations
- Provide leadership, direction and support to customer service team members
- Assist with the recruitment,



training, supervision and performance management of customer service staff
- Plan and implement after-sales services to improve customer satisfaction and service performance
- Liaise with customers, management and operational departments to resolve service issues
- Monitor customer feedback, address complaints and maintain strong client relationships

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field
- At least two years of relevant experience in customer service management
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staff and collaborate across business functions; a current driver's licence is preferred
