Our capability allows us to offer turnkey solutions for complex projects and spans every project phase, from design and manufacture to through-life-support, condition monitoring and data analytics, fleet maintenance, operations and comprehensive overhaul of assets, and decommissioning.
We are now looking for a Learning & Development Advisor to join our highly skilled, People & Culture team. Reporting directly to the Learning & Development Manager, QTMP, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the QTMP project, as well as external partners to coordinate and support Learning & Development objectives. You will be accountable for:
- Developing strong relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying and advising of training needs across the Project
- Supporting development and implementation of training programs
- Coordinate implementation of structured entry programs for QTMP such as traineeship and apprenticeship programs
- Daily administrative and regular reporting duties within the LMS
This is a fulltime, permanent role, and is based in Brisbane, QLD
About You:
- Possess Cert IV in Training & Assessment
- Possess Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field (advantageous)
- 2+ years demonstrated experience in management of structured entry programs
- Sound ability to operate Learning Management Systems
- Highly dynamic and responsive to stakeholder needs
