Your new role
Reporting to senior management, you will provide support across the commercial property portfolio, assisting with lease administration, property management functions and general business operations.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the management of commercial property leases and tenancy documentation
- Reviewing and interpreting lease agreements
- Coordinating tenant and stakeholder communications
- Supporting property inspections and site visits
- Assisting with rent reviews, lease renewals and tenant enquiries
- Managing administrative processes and property records
- Supporting bookkeeping and financial administration activities
- Liaising with contractors, tenants and external stakeholders
- Providing general support to the wider team as required





What you'll need to succeed Previous experience in commercial property, property administration, property management or paralegal support Understanding of commercial lease documentation and lease terminology Strong financial acumen and confidence working with numbers Exposure to bookkeeping, accounts or financial administration is highly regarded Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail, proactive, results-oriented and able to work autonomously A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced workplace What you'll get in return Exposure to all facets of commercial property operations Opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals Varied role combining office-based work and site visits Join a growing business with exciting expansion plans Supportive, close-knit and collaborative team environment What you need to do now
