Join a leading brand in Adelaide to run the Cyber GRC function Your new role
Hays Cyber are engaged exclusively by a leading Adelaide client to hire a Cyber GRC Manager to lead governance, risk, compliance, assurance and control validation activities across its Cyber & Resilience function. This is a highly visible leadership role that will play a critical part in strengthening the cyber posture and ensuring ongoing alignment with industry and best-practice frameworks. You will have direct reports to support TPRM and vendors while the organisation brings this function in-house.
What You'll Be Doing

- Lead Cyber Governance, Risk & Compliance activities across the organisation.
- Manage the cyber assurance calendar and coordinate control validation and testing programmes.
- Track audit findings, remediation plans and risk treatment activities through GRC tooling.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, frameworks and reporting.
- Provide cyber risk insights,



metrics and executive reporting to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a small team of GRC Analysts.

About You:
- Frameworks - NIST, CPS234, ISO27001, SOC2
- Proven experience in a Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance role.
- Exposure to regulated environments such as financial services, insurance or critical infrastructure.
- Robust stakeholder engagement, reporting and leadership capability.
- Relevant certifications such as CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or similar are highly regarded.
