Your leadership will strengthen technical capability, manage risk, and ensure the business continues to meet its regulatory and operational obligations
What You'll Do

Working closely with senior leaders, you'll identify and manage technical risk, drive continuous improvement, strengthen organisational capability, and provide assurance that work is delivered by suitably qualified and competent personnel. You'll lead the development of governance frameworks, oversee licensing and regulatory obligations, and support the business in navigating change across multiple jurisdictions.
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

What You'll Bring
You are a senior technical leader with extensive experience in facilities management, infrastructure, property, or a related sector. You bring deep expertise in technical governance, licensing, risk, assurance and compliance, with a strong understanding of ANZ regulations and standards across complex operating environments.
With a proven track record leading technical or operational functions within large, multi-stakeholder organisations and are comfortable influencing senior leaders, driving organisational capability, and managing competing priorities. Combining strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset, you excel at identifying risk, implementing robust governance frameworks, and delivering continuous improvement.
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- 15+ years' experience in facilities management, infrastructure, property or a related industry.
- Expertise in licensing, permitting, technical compliance and regulatory governance.
- Strong experience in risk and assurance, organisational capability, and continuous improvement.
- Proven leadership in complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
- Experience working with technical teams, mentoring professionals, and building organisational capability.
- Strong commercial, analytical, financial and project management capabilities.
- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
More than anything, you'll bring a robust work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
