We are partnering with a well-established and purpose-driven organisation seeking a Talent Acquisition & People Operations Specialist to join their People & Culture team. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm prospect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle support.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you'll play a key role in attracting talent, ensuring compliance requirements are met and delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding and compliance, supported by broader people operations responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver quality hiring outcomes
- Coordinating interviews, candidate communications and offer processes
- Preparing employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Conducting background checks, qualification verification and compliance assessments
- Managing employee records and maintaining HR systems
- Supporting probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
- Ensuring adherence to internal policies and legislative requirements
- Assisting with people initiatives and process improvement projects
- Providing general People & Culture support to employees and leaders

Your Profile

- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or a P&C; coordinator/generalist
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, compliance and employee administration processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Experience using HRIS and recruitment systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Understanding of employment legislation and best-practice recruitment practices
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to identify efficiencies and improve processes
- Approachable and professional, comfortable acting as the face of Health & Safety within the office
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy across reporting and documentation
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience using incident reporting systems
- Positive, 'can-do' attitude with the ability to hit the ground running
