Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a professional, enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Experience Consultant to join our team.
As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering the exceptional experience expected from the Mercedes-Benz brand.
You will work closely with our Sales, Service and other dealership teams to ensure every customer is acknowledged, supported and provided with a seamless luxury experience throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries to the appropriate department
- Coordinate customer appointments and assist with follow-up activities
- Support the Sales and Service teams with administrative tasks
- Maintain customer-facing areas to an impeccable standard
- Respond professionally to competing or urgent customer requests
- Follow company policies, procedures and confidentiality requirements
- Work collaboratively with the wider dealership team
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception or a similar customer-facing role
- Professional presentation and a warm, approachable manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude
