Endeavour Foundation Work services provide people with disability employment opportunities to help them achieve personal employment goals aligned with their NDIS plan, skills and aspirations, whilst also achieving commercial outcomes.
As a Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficient workflow management, quality service delivery, and achievement of commercial objectives. Beyond operational success, this role is focused on creating inclusive and supportive workplace opportunities for employees we support, enabling them to develop vocational skills, gain practical work experience, and maximise their employment potential through structured training, coaching, and assessment practices.
You will oversee production planning, resource allocation, quality assurance, and customer service outcomes, while fostering a safe, productive, and empowering work environment that reflects Endeavour Foundation's values and commitment to inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipting of all product movement for the service to ensure stock flow within your area
- Assist in providing accurate quotes to customers to ensure competitiveness.
- Ensure the service meets all quoted deadlines to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in the Coordination of quality control processes applicable to your area to ensure compliance
- Communicate effectively with the Organisations Quality Manager, to enable policies and procedures to be identified,
developed and maintained whilst ensuring the continuous improvement process is communicated, promoted and adhered to.
- Maintain and manage budgets to ensure performance targets meet organisational expectations.
- Experience in developing, implementing and evaluating production systems to ensure maximum production potential is fully utilised.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Possession of a current driver’s licence
- Possess, or be eligible to obtain: Blue Card for Working with Children
- Yellow Card NDIS Worker Screening
- National Police Certificate.
- Further qualifications - HACCP Desirable
