With a strong focus on early intervention and family-centred care, our client is looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join their growing team on a contractor basis.

About the role:

We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to provide mobile Speech Pathology services across Western and South-Western Sydney.

This is a mobile role, with services delivered in schools, homes, and childcare centres, supporting children with a range of speech, language, and communication needs.

The caseload is predominantly paediatric, and you will have the opportunity to work independently while being supported by an administrative team that manages bookings and organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions that are fun and meaningful for children.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals.




- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to support positive outcomes.
- Educate and support families in understanding and managing their child's communication needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia or the relevant professional body.
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience, particularly in paediatric or early intervention settings.
- Robust knowledge of paediatric speech and language disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile caseload.
- A compassionate, patient, and family-centred approach.
- Own ABN, or willingness to obtain one.
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, or willingness to obtain them.
