Established in 2008,The Surgery at Jerra is an independent general practice in Jerrabomberra, just minutes from Canberra. We’re looking for a full-time or part time GP to join our team to help care for our large, loyal patient base.

We’re proudly independent and believe good general practice works best when doctors are well supported and have the flexibility to practise medicine in the areas they enjoy.

You’ll be supported by an experienced nursing, reception and practice management team, along with a collaborative group of GPs. We hold regular clinical and practice meetings, have an open-door approach to support, and place a genuine emphasis on creating a good working environment.

Our modern practice includes eight consulting rooms, two treatment rooms, with pathology conveniently located onsite.



We also have a visiting paediatrician and sports and exercise physiotherapist consulting from the practice.

We’d particularly love to hear from a GP with an area of special interest they’d like to develop within the practice. Sports medicine would be a great addition to our current services, but we’re equally interested in hearing what you could bring to the practice.
