As a Senior Educato r at Goodstart,you'lltake charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'llcollaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader toobserve, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meetthe needs of all children.
