What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supervising waterslide operations to ensure customer safety and enjoyment.
- Assisting customers with information, instructions and safety procedures.
- Undertake cash handling duties, including processing transactions, receipting and EFT payments.
- Responding calmly and quickly to any incidents or emergencies and providing first aid if required.
- Keeping the area clean, organised, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

- A positive attitude and great communication skills.
- Ability to stay alert and focused in a busy environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors and around water.
- Previous experience in customer service or lifeguarding is a plus.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.





This is a casual position and you will need to be available to work from late October 2026 to April 2027, including weekends and school holidays.

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates.
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (if aged over 16).
- Available to work from late October 2026 to April 2027, including weekends and school holidays.
- Royal Life Saving Bronze Medallion Certificate (desirable).
- Demonstrated ability to supervise others and manage risks.
- Writing skills sufficient to produce a written record of straightforward events.
- Demonstrated commitment to undertake training and follow workplace procedures.
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively in the case of emergencies, accidents, or injuries, and administer first aid if needed.
