Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a well known tier 2 builderon a major school project in North West Sydney, NSW.

This is a great opportunity for a hands‑on Structures Foreman to join an established site team and take responsibility for the day‑to‑day delivery of structural works through to Christmas with potential for ongoing work.

The Role You will be responsible for coordinating structural trades and subcontractors on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Supervising structural works across the project
- Managing subcontractors and site crews
- Coordinating concrete, formwork, reinforcement and associated structural trades
- Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings, specifications and programme
- Coordinating daily site activities and sequencing




- Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager
- Managing site safety, quality and productivity
- Reporting on progress and identifying any issues or delays
- Maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors and the wider site team

We are looking for someone with:

- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman
- Strong experience across commercial construction
- Solid knowledge of concrete, formwork and reinforcement
- Experience managing structural subcontractors and trades
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- A hands‑on approach and the ability to drive works on site
- White Card and relevant site tickets

This is an immediate opportunity on a high-profile education project, running through until Christmas 2026.
