Job Description
Mini Masterminds Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Centre Director to support daily operations and uphold high standards of education and care.
You will mentor educators, build strong relationships with children and families, and lead the service in the Centre Director's absence while ensuring compliance with NQF, NQS and legislation. The role offers leadership development and a collaborative team culture.
Full time with flexibility - mix of on-site, admin, and WFH options.
At our service in Oakville, you’ll create a safe, welcoming space where children can relax, have fun, and flourish. In this role, you’ll design and maintain an engaging, safe, and compliant program.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
