Beerenberg Pty Ltd is seeking two experienced HRC Managers to lead the floor of our Hospitality & Retail Centre. You will oversee front-of-house across café, retail, tourism, events and Strawberry Patch activities, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Beerenberg standards.

You will own the day-to-day service flow, lead and develop a high-performing team, manage rosters and labour, and make quick decisions to keep service smooth during peak times.
