BUSY At Work is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to build and maintain relationships with local employers, understand their workforce needs and effectively match candidates to opportunities. This full time, fixed-term role operates across our Gympie and Noosa sites, 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will develop partnerships, undertake business development and community outreach to identify opportunities, convert leads into placements, and provide post-placement support.
