What You’ll Own

- Plan, build, and launch campaigns on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond
- Write and test ad copy that stops the scroll and drives action
- Build and optimise funnels: landing pages, VSLs, lead gen, webinars
- Run A/B tests with discipline, not guesswork
- Hit ROAS and CPL targets, then push past them
- Report on performance clearly and act on the data fast

You won't be asked to "maintain" campaigns. You'll be expected to improve them every week.

Who This Is For

- You have real, provable experience running Meta Ads at k+ daily spend
- You’ve scaled a campaign from zero and you know what that actually takes
- You understand the full funnel, not just the ad platform
- You read data, form a hypothesis, and test it without hand-holding
- You’re organised enough to manage multiple campaigns without dropping a ball
- You’re coachable, not defensive, when the numbers don’t lie

Bonus: experience with GA4, GTM, GoHighLevel, or conversion tracking.
