We are currently seeking enthusiastic, professional and engagingCasual First Aid Trainers to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality face-to-face and online training across Western Sydney, Wollongong and other locations throughout NSW.

About the Role

As a First Aid Trainer, you will play an important role in delivering engaging and compliant training programs that help individuals and organisations build lifesaving skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering professional, high-quality accredited and non-accredited First Aid training
- Facilitating both face-to-face and virtual learning sessions
- Assessing and reviewing student assessments
- Maintaining accurate training records and compliance standards




- Assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of training equipment

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience delivering accredited and/or non-accredited training programs
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110, TAE40116, TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence using technology to facilitate online learning
- Experience in First Aid, Workplace Health & Safety, emergency services or a related field
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle

Location: Various training locations across NSW, with a particular focus on growth inWestern Sydney and Wollongong .
