Estimator - Residential Design & Build Recruitment•Sydney, NSW, AU
Job Description
We are working with a well established family run residential builder who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.
This role would suit someone with a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential estimating who is looking to take on a broader role across both sales and production estimating.
The Role
- Preparing sales estimates and costings
- Reviewing plans, specifications and client requirements
- Preparing quotes, variations and tender documentation
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Supporting the sales team with pricing and product queries
- Updating and maintaining pricing information
