Uniting Newcastle is seeking a Maintenance Officer to keep our homes safe, functional and welcoming for older residents in Newcastle. This full‑time role offers hands‑on maintenance, independent work and teamwork in a not‑for‑profit community setting.

You will handle general repairs, outdoor upkeep and safety checks, with a competitive hourly rate of $31.51 plus super and no weekend work. Locum cover is required from 25 - 27 September 2026 with travel and accommodation included.
