The Platform Manager (People Systems) will own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of the HR and payroll platform portfolio, partnering with People & Culture, Technology and senior stakeholders to ensure platforms deliver measurable value and align with business objectives.
This is a stewardship role rather than delivery, focusing on governance, investment priorities, risk management and continuous improvement to keep the platform landscape contemporary, resilient and fit for the future.
