Rio Tinto is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Dampier Salt Limited Port Hedland operations maintenance team, delivering protected, reliable outcomes in a safety-critical environment.

You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, drive risk management and contractor performance, coordinate planned and breakdown maintenance, and work with SAP to maximise equipment availability and performance across the site.
