We're looking for an experienced, hands‐on Workplace Services Team Leader to help lead the daily operation of our client's campus in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, you'll support a dynamic team across reception, meeting rooms, hospitality, events, the learning centre, mailroom and loading dock.

n

This role is ideal for a proactive leader who enjoys being involved in daily operations, developing people and delivering exceptional workplace experiences.

What you'll be doing

n

- Lead, coach and support a high‐performing workplace services team.
n
- Coordinate daily operations, workflows and service delivery.
n
- Create exceptional experiences for employees, visitors and stakeholders.
n
- Support team briefings, onboarding and training.
n
- Resolve operational issues while maintaining high service standards.
n
- Build strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve workplace services and processes.
n

About you

- At least two years' experience in a leadership role within customer service, hospitality or workplace services.

- A confident, approachable and hands‐on leadership style.

- Strong communication, organisation and problem‐solving skills.

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
