Starling Group is seeking an experienced SOC Team Lead with incident response expertise to join our cyber security function. You will support 24/7 operations across Sydney, Toronto and the UK, leading a team of security subject matter experts to protect customers and assets.

You will drive incident triage, investigations, and containment while collaborating with cloud and analytics teams. Solid communication and mentoring skills are essential.
